The Cellular Imaging Lake Nona Core supports research programs and scientists nationwide by providing access to state of the art technologies as well as expert training and assistance using advanced instrumentation from fully motorized microscopes equipped with high-resolution differential interference contrast (DIC)optics; laser coupled total internal reflection fluorescence microscopy (TIRF), confocal, laser capture micro-dissection, advanced spectral imaging, TEM, and more.
Located at our Lake Nona campus in Orlando, Florida the Core is staffed by experienced research professionals and laboratory technicians who provide guidance; from experimental design, to advanced biological miscroscope imaging techniques, to the use of complex image processing software for quantitative image analysis of data. Our specialists will help troubleshoot and optimize experiments to ensure the highest quality of data is acquired within the Core.
